As Seen On CBS 8′s Morning News Segment!
Chef Mareyja Sisbarro is happy to share one of her Restaurant Week menu items with everyone,
3 pounds of cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
- 4 ea. vanilla beans (cut vanilla beans open and scrape seeds out with the flat of a knife or spoon, discard skins)
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
Puree all ingredients in your food processor.
Layer your favorite crust in the bottom of an 8 oz canning jar, followed by cheesecake mix, and finally your favorite topping (or none at all, this batter is delicious on its own!)
Place in refrigerator for at least one hour to set.
